Jule Schröder works at the intersection of art, entrepreneurship, and social transformation. As a coach, cultural manager, and entrepreneur, she explores how artistic practice can be translated into viable projects and sustainable structures. Her thinking and approach are shaped by design thinking, collaboration, and systemic work. She views creativity as a social practice that emerges from the dialogue between people, perspectives, and contexts.
After studying European cultural history, musicology, and cultural management in Augsburg, Friedrichshafen, and Weimar, she played a key role in establishing the master’s program in Culture and Music Management at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich. Later, she conceived Wavelab there — the first innovation lab and startup center at a music conservatory — which supports musicians and creative professionals in developing their own projects and ventures.
A recurring theme in her work is the creation of spaces for encounter and collaborative practice. As co-founder of the integration project Kitchen on the Run, she brought thousands of people across Europe—both those with and without refugee backgrounds—together at a shared table in a mobile kitchen container—a social experiment in encounter, hospitality, and cultural understanding.
As part of the Venture Team Kultur, she develops programs and processes that promote professional development and artistic entrepreneurship at Bavarian art colleges. At the same time, she runs the Culinary Concept Store Cose Deliziose in Munich, a space dedicated to natural wine, slow food, and creative collaborations.
