Planetary Intimacies receives the Max and Rita Körndl Sponsorship Award, which will be presented during an exhibition at the KREISGalerie.


Planetary Intimacies – both an artist name and a research project – explores the interconnections between landscape, material and memory: fragile stories of intimacy and change. Planetary Intimacies is studying sculpture in the 11th semester at the AdBK Nuremberg under Prof. Michael Stevenson.


The sea knows no clear boundaries. Only currents, sediments, stories that drift. Some deposits are visible, others are stored within us – as thoughts, gestures, behaviours. How are they passed on, across generations, across bodies, across time? And what does it take to change this cycle?
