AdBK graduate Lukas Pürmayr’s solo exhibition Solange du bleibst is on display at the kunst galerie fürth from 19 September to 8 November.
In his art, Lukas Pürmayr (*1994, Reutte, Tyrol, Austria) poses questions about sociological aspects, community and identity in a measured manner. His works, characterised by an analytical yet equally poetic perspective, prove to be reflections on society. Lukas Pürmayr works primarily with analogue photography; however, he also uses video, installations and publications. He frequently works in collectives, with a particular interest in the culture-forming aspects of community.
Lukas Pürmayr studied Fine Art at the AdBK Nuremberg under Prof. Heike Baranowsky, having previously studied Sociology and Philosophy at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz.
