06. Juli 2023 — 09. Juli 2023
Somit entstehen u.a.

HARVEST welcomes audiences into intimate negotiation with an apologetic, part-time clown as they attempt to secure access to what’s behind a mystery door. In the paperwork vertigo, players cling to streams of registration forms, gathering information passed on from successive generations of players, and activating shared tools in secret. Our clown will attempt to uphold this unjust system to the best of his ability, however no promises can be made at this time. The development of this edition is supported by Deutsches Spielearchiv, Nuremberg.

Fire, everywhere addresses the stigmatisation and resilience of queer communities from past to present. Within references of HIV/AIDS crisis, queer movement history of Turkey and Nazi times queer massacre, the multimedia project dives into queer resistance, empowerment and healing.

*it matters wherehow Ouroboros swallows its tale, again is a participatory performance by Sophia Lökenhoff with Kulshedra Dervishi, Friederike Heine and Mona Sachße. *it matters wherehow Ourobors swallows its tale, again is a participative performance, that explores the notion of transindividuality through voice(s). The format oscillates between performance, game and ritual to enable a deepening and transcendental experience of time, voicing, and listening. Four realms are supervised by performers guiding peculiar exercises. The audience actively embarks on this orbiting; like through a circuit training. While becoming and unbecoming with other bodies; time is extended, accelerated, and slowed down.

“Tell me what to do...” is a collection of performance and media fragments that form a loose archipelago or an unreliable archive. Revolving around Sailor, a slippery figure who navigates within and on the edges of systems of control, they map out a collection of shipwrecks embedded within the institution, the Internet, and the body. Sailor must navigate between submitting to the code and dominating the function, between the living and the living dead, between elsewhere and nowhere. In a sea of information ghosts, sailor combs through the wreckage in search of a synthesis of desire.

Yesterday I sat on a cloud of fluff and thought to myself with me” and felt like a child again. So I took a golden thread and sewed all my fluffy memories together, carefully, so I wouldn’t forget anything. And then I sat on the soft blanket of echoes until I fell through it to the past. “if I just could take this home

Senatsraum
The Sleeper Cel traverses thresholds between employable management and embedded maintenance. Building upon sculptural instances, the substitution of “studio” with “office” (and vice versa) elicits a ubiquitous social contract. As audiences witness ruptures with the terror of the voice within, processual tracings of phantom presences unravel. In gestalt of short-circuited recursivity, a tender intruder embarks to circulate leaked footage from work environments, swamp content and devilish distractions.

in mud and the bros, Noe Duboutay performs as the Amphibian, who shapeshifts and reads different accounts of desire and lust. the Amphibian brings stories about his relationships to Gender and Bread, fantasies and experiences, dust that becomes mud, gel that becomes waves, voices, and whispers to the space to understand his longing for change.

The creepy meditation „A Tentacle, A Tongue, A Tale“, hosted by Lametta George, invites the participants to return to the sea as an act of being reborn under the light of a 13th moon that is shedding muddy light on our aquatic ancestors and rudimentary corpes that are stored deep in the wet archives, we call a body now. Touch will become another evolutionary road taken and accompanied with a sonic landscape, a cosmo-ecological archive is fabulated to reconfigure bodily potentials from all kinds of creeps.

Pavillon Life Art Forms
As part of the multi-sensory ritual series from ‘In the Spirit of Plants (2021)’, Botanical Mandala Ritual is a site-specific herbal offering to bring the audience together in one place by using local hand-picked plants around the campus for Jahressaustellung. This botanical ritual is a reflection of the artistic research during the last two years of the Master program in Live Art Forms, ranging from herbalism, ancient wisdom, sound design, somatic movements, sensory-analysis and comparative religious studies to make a sacred ceremony with a contemporary touch.
